Witch's Brew

This purple potion cocktail is perfect to serve up this spooky season. The magic purple color happens when you mix blue butterfly pea flower tea with acidic lemons. This simple and refreshing beverage is easy to make in your Almond Cow.

Makes 6, 4 oz servings

Ingredients

Cocktail

100 mL vodka
400 mL butterfly pea flower tea
2 lemons, peel and pith removed
3 tbsp sugar

Mocktail

500 mL butterfly pea flower tea
2 lemons, peel and pith removed
3 tbsp sugar

Directions

Fill the collector cup with the vodka (if using) and prepared butterfly pea flower tea. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base.
Place the lemons and sugar in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.
Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, it is complete!
Fill a glass with ice and pour a 4 oz serving in each glass. Enjoy!
